01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "neceph" refers to the online gaming platform operating at neceph.net, its owners, operators, employees, agents, and licensors.
• "Platform" means the neceph website, mobile web interface, and all services, games, and features made available through neceph.net.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the neceph Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you upon successful completion of the neceph registration process.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in your neceph Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins credits, or matching bonuses credited to your Account under a neceph promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering law before withdrawals can be processed.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that licenses and regulates gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Services" means all gaming products offered through neceph, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, online slots, bingo, and fishing games.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to online gaming platforms is restricted or prohibited under applicable local law.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on neceph, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through the Services, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full, together with neceph's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing neceph on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms & Conditions. However, neceph Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable — shared or representative account access is not permitted.

03 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to the neceph Platform and participation in any real-money gaming activity is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

neceph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If neceph has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, the Account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any winnings accumulated during an underage access period will be void and forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

neceph's Services are intended for players located in the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. neceph assumes no liability for any legal consequences arising from access originating in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register a neceph Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

Each individual may register only one Account on neceph. Creating multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. neceph employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate registrations, and any Accounts identified as duplicates will be closed without prior notice.

04 Account Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your neceph Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any other person to access the Platform using your Account.

neceph will never request your password through any communication channel, including Live Chat, email, Messenger, or Viber. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to neceph support immediately via the contact details provided on the Platform.

You agree to notify neceph immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. neceph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.

You are responsible for ensuring that all activity conducted through your Account complies with these Terms and all applicable Philippine laws. You must keep your registered personal and contact information up to date at all times.

05 Deposits & Payments

All deposits and financial transactions on neceph are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). neceph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available on the Platform from time to time. Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to your neceph Balance immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take additional processing time depending on the issuing bank. neceph does not accept cash deposits or deposits made on behalf of another player.

5.1 Minimum Deposit

Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. neceph reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines or Platform policy.

5.2 Deposit Verification

neceph reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, suspicious, or irregular activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary hold on the Account pending investigation.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Accepted identification documents include Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth card, and voter's ID. KYC approval typically takes 24 to 48 hours from submission of complete documentation.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the neceph Account holder. Third-party withdrawals — where funds are sent to an account held by a different person — are strictly prohibited and will not be processed under any circumstances.

neceph aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timelines indicated on the Platform for each payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three banking days depending on the receiving bank.

6.1 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed during the withdrawal process. neceph reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for withdrawals above certain thresholds in compliance with PAGCOR and AML requirements.

6.2 Forfeiture of Balance

In the event of Account closure due to a breach of these Terms, neceph reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Balance, including real-money funds, where such closure results from fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or material misrepresentation during registration.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on neceph are subject to the specific game rules, sport-specific betting rules, and any additional terms displayed at the time of wagering. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that game or event.

neceph reserves the right to void, suspend, or cancel any bet or game round where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed failure, pricing error, or any other circumstance that has materially affected the integrity of the outcome. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned to player Balances.

Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the neceph system are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after placement, except where an explicit cash-out or cancellation feature is available for that specific market.

7.1 Suspicious Betting Patterns

neceph monitors all betting activity for patterns consistent with match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, use of automated betting software, or coordinated exploitation of pricing errors. Where such activity is detected, neceph reserves the right to void affected bets, restrict Account betting limits, or suspend the Account pending investigation.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

neceph offers bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, and other promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the promotion, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus-derived winnings.

Bonus funds are separate from your real-money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.

neceph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players and may not be available to players who have previously self-excluded or who have been identified as engaging in bonus abuse.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the neceph Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether using the same or different personal information.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform in any manner that facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or identity verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other non-human means to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing discrepancies for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be void.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing neceph staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying technology of the neceph Platform.
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your Account.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the neceph Platform — including but not limited to the neceph brand name and logo, game graphics, interface design, software, text, images, audio, video, and data compilations — is the property of neceph or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content or materials available on the neceph Platform.

Any unauthorised use of neceph's intellectual property — including use of the neceph name or logo on third-party websites or materials — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

neceph provides the Platform and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While neceph takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, error-free service, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from technical errors at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, neceph shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: your use of or inability to use the Platform; any interruption, suspension, or termination of Services; any errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes caused by technical failures; or any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

neceph's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits neceph's liability for death or personal injury caused by neceph's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by Philippine law.

12 Responsible Gaming

neceph is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity, accessible directly from the Account dashboard without requiring contact with support.

Available responsible gaming tools include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion can be activated for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or on a permanent basis. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed within the chosen period.

neceph enforces the 21+ age requirement as a non-negotiable condition of access. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to make use of the self-exclusion tools available on the Platform and to seek independent support.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

neceph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where neceph has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• The Account is being used in connection with prohibited or illegal activity.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a financial, regulatory, or reputational risk to neceph.
• The player has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith.
• The Account is subject to a legal order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.

Players may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting neceph support. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations.

14 Amendments to These Terms

neceph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, neceph will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or Platform notification prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the neceph Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

The version of the Terms & Conditions displayed on this page at any given time is the version currently in force. Archived versions of prior terms are available upon request by contacting neceph support.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. neceph operates under the licensing and regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute between you and neceph arising from your use of the Platform or these Terms, you agree to first attempt resolution through neceph's internal dispute resolution process by contacting neceph support with full details of your complaint. neceph will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through neceph's internal process, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. You and neceph each irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled by agreement.

Nothing in this clause limits the right of either party to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where circumstances warrant.
